I have not seem a great difference yet. Have been using around my nose and mouth. I have sensitive, oily skin and this is more designed for dry to normal.

I may update this in the future, but after 1 week of use am/pm I have not seem a change in the redness of my cheeks (my Irish heritage I think).

I still love this product but the pump doesn't reach the bottom of the bottle. Please take the top off when it stops pumping and use a q-tip to get the rest. It will give you about a weeks more of use. I just started using the blemish serum as well but this is much more thin so be careful when you pump or you'll get to much. I haven't gone through my first bottle but i will take the top off of this too. The blemish serum is very gentle and works great.

But this really does work. I use another brand moisturizer that has SPF in it that is supposed to control redness and it works very quickly. I expected the same of this serum. The results are not as dramatic, but they seem to last longer. I was sold when I finished a workout, showered and my face was much less red than it usually is after my workouts.

I dont mind the smaller packaging. It makes it easier to carry, and to repurchase more often means it will be fresher. I'm happy with my purchase!

I bought 1 to try and came back for 3 more. I use it twice a day for rosacea and it's great. I also use the cream cleanser and hydrating serum, just starting with the moisturizers, everything in the sensitive line seems great so far.

I use this product when my skin is irritated and redness is present. I may have Rosacea or just sensitive to some products or environmentals.

Anyone with rosacea tries every new anti-redness product available. Many sting & irritate--this one doesn't. It contains horse chestnut which has been shown to help rosacea. I liked the serum a lot, though any treatment takes awhile to really change the skin. I'd definitely recommend this to other rosaceans--We all respond differently, but this product has limited its ingredients to just those that help. Good stuff!

I went to my dermatologist and she said my rosacea looked better. She thought it was due to the daily wash she prescribed (which dried out my skin and I rarely use), but I know it was due to Boots expert Anti-Redness Serum. It alleviates the severe sensitivity on my cheeks and nose. This stuff works.

This stuff works! I have rosacea and use this serum every night before applying any other products. Just a head's up, this "serum" is actually a lotion, but that's fine with me. I was surprised to see it helped my broken capillaries around my nose, too! Doesn't make them totally disappear, but it definitely diminishes them. Also helps redness on my checks. Great product but my only complaint is that not much comes in the bottle. I wish I were getting more product for the price! Will definitely buy again though.
