I purchased this product to remove occassional hair product build up--i do not usually have a very bad problem with dandruff. However, after using THIS shampoo my hair is the flakiest mess it has been in YEARS. I have not seen anything like it. I will from time to time use head and shoulders, which works great, but this was cheaper so I thought I would try it. I would stay away from the product, they should pull it from the shelves.

This is the first product review i have written on Drugstore.com, and that is how strongly I feel about how horrible this shampoo is. It CAUSED dandruff, absolutely terrible. Third time I used it and now I know why my scalp looks this bad.

After using this shampoo 1 - 2 times a week for 4 weeks, I noticed that after every use my hair got greasy and my scalp itchy after only 1 or 2 days. This shampoo did not help with dandruff control but instead seemed to add build-up to my scalp. yuck!

Drugstore.com sent me the wrong shampoo. The shampoo I received is okay, but it's not meant to treat dandruff, so that's besides the point.

Bottom line: Buyer beware - you may want to purchase the CLEAR Anti-Dandruff shampoo elsewhere to make sure it's what you get.
