this is the worst thing ever! DO NOT BUY! i do not care what the other reviews say, but this product does not work, at all! i purchased it thinking it would work like my friend's remmington t-pearl curl wand would, boy was i wrong. it takes 2 minuetes for it to properly change heat, and when i went up to the maximum heat, it still wouldn't curl! i held it on my hair until i saw a large amount of smoke because it's so hot, all it did was burn my hair and it made it sort of wavy. this product doesn't work, its ineffective, and the heat resistant glove it comes with is small, only fitting on 3 fingers, and i burn my self because of the size of the glove. and the less heat you set it on, it wont do anything but make your hair hot. very bad buy.

Who on earth thought a 3 finger glove would be useful? Anyway, I got decent results from this curling iron, considering the price. But I then bought a slightly more expensive one, the Karmin G3 clipless and they give you a PROPER glove. The results were significantly better, so I guess you do get what you pay for!

I found it very easy to learn how to use it and I have never tried to put curls though the length of my hair before. The heat glove is worthless as it is made for the left hand. I switch hands as I go around my head curling. So I don't use a glove and try to not to burn my fingers.

This product was a little hard to get used to using but I not as coordinated using some of these products as most young women. It heated quickly, the glove is great and once I got the nack of using it, the curls did hold.

This curling iron is amazing. I would recommend it for people who already have wavy/curly hair, though. I have really wavy hair and it holds really well and works PERFECTLY to refresh my curls/waves after a long day and before heading out (or after sleeping on it for a lazy morning).

I haven't used the heat-resistant glove yet, because I'm brave (or lazy)... so I'm not sure how well it protects your hand.

As mentioned above, this is best for refreshing already wavy/curly hair. It would take a LONG time to go from straight hair to wavy hair and the type of curl it creates (more wavy, less ringlet) might not hold as well in smoother texture inherent to straight hair.

Overall - love it. I will be using it a lot.

I was excited to try this product. It heated up very quickly. I have short(er) hair and found it to be a bit complicated. I know it would work great on ling hair. Another issue...I am left handed, the glove that was included was for right handed people only which was frustrating. In all this is a quality product.

I use this to give my hair body that lasts.
I love how easy this is to use and fast. When I curl my hair with this, it doesn't lose as much length as with curling irons with clips and the curls look more natural and random. I was hesitant about the clipless feature, and saw many others for $80+ at beauty supply stores. I am so glad I got this model, it is economical and easy to use.

have not used this enough to really judge, takes awhile to learn how to twist hair around rod especially on the opposite or back side of your head, works quickly and can touch up easily, did add volume to my hair, my hair looked more like messy bedhead than refined curls though which is okay for a carefree look now and then, if you are more experienced you probably get better results, works fast and does stay for hours

This iron is amazing! I love how simple and light-weight it is. It took me around 20 minutes to curl my hair, and I have thick, long hair. I went to a Rodeo with my hair curled, and it lasted all 3 hours, plus I slept on it and it stayed.

Make sure you use curling mousse before you curl, it will last much longer.

My hair profile: I originally had jet black, thick and straight Chinese hair. Currently I have close to platinum blonde highlights in with an overall auburn color. After the color treatments my hair has been dryer than before but this overall dryness was a good thing because it allowed my hair to take and keep the curls.I bought this on [...]. As soon as it arrived on Monday, I tried it out that night... and the curls looked as nicely as the girl on the ad; plus the curls kept (though it got loose) overnight! :)
