Curad® Elastic Bandage is ideal for providing firm support and compression on mild strains or sprains.  The hook and loop closures at both ends make the bandage stay in place easily without clips or tapes.

The elastic bandage should provide compression but should not be so tight that it restricts circulation.  Consult a physician or therapist if experiencing pain or swelling.  For medical emergencies, please seek professional help. 

Wrap the Curad® 3" Elastic Bandage on the affected body or joint.  Begin wrapping 2-3 times around from the bottom upward.  Make sure to overlap the previous layer by one-half.  Continue wrap in a figure-8 manner and secure the end to itself.  Readjust wrap to desired fit.  This product should not be so tight that it is uncomfortable.
