I have a few health issues and I always keep Ensure on hand. If I'm not up to a whole meal, a bottle of this is satisfying. It also tastes great. Sometimes I throw a banana in the blender with a bottle on this and I have a great nutritional drink. As a meal or snack! Also it is packed with vitamins!
