My comments are the same for the conditioner. Don't bother ordering either. I hoped this would keep the build up off my hair. We have well water and even with a softener my hair will still get an orange tint (I'm blonde) which even with clarifying shampoo still requires the occasional visit to the salon for of all things a 'Malibu treatment' which strips out all the build up off my hair and leaves it in great shape. Needless to say I had hoped this would prevent the build up, but no luck. Really didn't do anything special, but it did smell great. No good return policy on this either so I'm stuck with it.

Seems to have worked alright though I've never used a hard water shampoo before so I really have nothing to compare it to.

I ordered well water shampoo and received hard water. Ruined my perm in my hair. The stuff is awful. Beware, it strips your hair.

Started using this product about six months ago and it has transformed my color treated hair. Removes mineral buildup and prevents brassiness. Wish I had heard of it years ago! Hint: rinse hair with cool or cold water to reduce mineral exposure even more.

I used to get a reddish build up in my hair from our well water. I use this every day-my hair color is beautiful and my hair is in great condition.
