I bought this product because i needed the added vitamin K, but after struggling to take this very large pill, that is too hard to swallow since it is already opened i guess i have no choice except to lose my money on this product...very disappoint

Yes, these tablets are big, but they're easy enough to take. Of all the Calcium supplements I've researched, this one is the best with Magnesium,D3 and K2. I recommend taking three a day, instead of four, and I take one with each meal.

The idea behind the product is good. However, these pills are too big and very difficult to swallow, and you have to take four per day. I know it take a lot of bulk to get such a good dose of calcium, but I'll try another product in the future. I will use up what I have, but will not purchase again.
