Very disappointed in this makeup remover. One of the cardinal rules of applying/removing eye makeup is not to pull or tug on the eye area since it will ultimately damage delicate eye tissue. Yet what do you have to do to get eye makeup off with this remover? Pull and tug! Whether you use a cotton ball or just your fingers, you end up rubbing and rubbing at your eye and when you're finally done, you still have flakes of that heavy duty volumizing mascara you've been using under your lower lashline.

Just about any liquid eye makeup remover works better than this, I swear. I stupidly used this for a week before I realized what I was doing to the skin around my eyes. Yes, it's inexpensive, but if it's not effective, what good is it? I won't even hand it off to a friend. Don't waste your money unless you want to have crow's feet and bags years ahead of schedule.

I used to use Nivea Visage eye make up remover that has been discontinued. This is an okay product, it is definitely better than the "oily water" type removers; it does work better on removing mascara than even expensive Lancome products. However this one does sting my eyes a little.

I've been testing different eye makeup remover products. Most products which claim to remove eye makeup either bring stinging pain to my eyes or leave behind this filmy, greasy feeling. This sounds really unprofessional but my method of testing is to see if I can open my eyes while washing without feeling pain.

Glad to say this product is as gentle as it claims. Removes most mascara (even waterproof) very well though I end up using more than I'd like. No fragrance which is a huge plus.

The only downside was I was hoping that despite this being an "eye makeup remover" it would also remove the rest of my makeup. Nope. After i washed my face I wiped my face on a towel and there was still foundation on my face-must no mascara. So you still need another cleanser for the rest of your face. Bummer. Guess I should read labels more clearly.

I love this, it's my favorite eye makeup remover, and I always keep several backups. It's easy to use, non-drying, and takes off everything easily. I tend to wear quite a bit of eye makeup, and it takes it all off. I put a dollop in my fingers, massage into both eyelids and brows for about 15-20 seconds, and tissue it off. With 3 tissues, everything is removed, with out scrubbing or tugging at my eyes. LOVE this stuff, I hope they never stop making it!

This is the only eye makeup remover I have ever needed! I have been using it for about 2 years and I have found it to be gentle yet effective for my eyes as well as for removing the rest of my facial makeup. Even waterproof mascara comes off with ease, and without tons of scrubbing. I am a contact lens wearer with sensitive eyes yet this product causes NO irritation. Also, a little goes a long way so the tube will last you a while. Highly recommend!

** TIP: This lotion can also be used as a hydrating, cold cream-type "mask"; apply generously to entire face, leave on for a few minutes, then remove with a tissue or damp washcloth. I have also used this lotion as a handy moisturizer, as it is water-based and very absorbent. **

This product is great for dry or sensitive skin. The eye make up removers I've tried that say "non-oily" simply don't take off my make-up. This one does.

I love this makeup remover and this is the only one I use. I put on eyeliner and mascara everyday, and I never have trouble getting it off. It works great on waterproof mascaras as well. I also use my nails to gently scrape off the eyeliner/mascara from the waterline and root of the lashes.

I usually use this right before using face wash. If I only want to remove a small area, I use it with a cotton swab.

After turning 50, the eye makeup remover products I was using started to dry my eyelids and I'd end up with puffy and/or swollen eyelids in the morning.
I wear contacts, so I didn't want anything greasy.
I have found that this is the only product that doesn't dry my eyelids, including high-end products I had tried.

I have been using this product for almost a year. I just recently purchased my second bottle. It lasts a very long time. I only put on makeup when I go to work or for important events, which would be 5 times out of the week. So with constant use it can still last you a long time. It quickly removes all my eye make up, generally eyeliner and mascara with the occaisonal shadow, gently and effectively.

I love this stuff and have been searching everywhere for more. Finally I thought to look at Drugstore.com and they had it- of course. Lots of eye makeup removers bother my eyes but this one is very gentle and seems to last forever.
