Purchased this because my stylist used it and because I like the smell. I would have liked it better had I not tried the Palmer's at the same time. The Palmers leaves my hair shinier and smelling better, although the Paul Mitchell might be better if you wash your hair everyday (I don't like to). I think both would require you to use a conditioner every so often.

I'm not into high-end products, but with my grown out hair I felt I should take better care of it.

This was worth the extra money x10, my straight hair gets curls and can be unmanagemable, using the Paul Mitchell has made it straight, easy to brush, soft and shinny.

I tried this product for one day and couldn't wait to go back to Aveeno. I was hoping this would minimize my blowdrying time while also helping to smooth my curly hair. Not so much . . . I felt like it took longer to get my hair straight and "nice" looking. My hair also felt really dry. Maybe this will work for you but I didn't work so well for me.

I was surprised at how mild this shampoo really is. I thought it might make my hair really straight, but it honestly doesn't seem to do all that much. I do notice a difference, but its just not as much as I expected. It doesn't lather all that well either and I have to use more than I think I should every time. Its a good product, I just had higher hopes for it.

My hair is fairly damaged, color treated, and tends to frizz anyway. This shampoo seems to "calm" the hair whether i'm wearing it straight or curly. Smell is nice, mild, there doesn't seem to be any buildup or residue. Good shampoo.

This is a great product if used daily and smells amazing. The only reason I gave it four stars was because if you use other products in your hair this shampoo won't remove them very well.

I've enjoyed it, the reviews were correct. However, it leaked in the box, so 1/3 of it was wasted during shipment. I've contacted drugstore.com and trust that they will address this issue, as I've never had a complaint about service before and love drugstore.com
