When I first received this belt I was excited. Then when I tried it the first time, it started rolling up. The reason I ordered the belt was because of the comments that it didn't roll up. I've had other belts that did the exact same thing. So needless to say, I was a little disappointed.

A great tool for anyone who wants to target your midsection. You will work up a sweat and feel accomplished after your workout. Unlike other products this one doesn't roll up.

i did'nt like it at all, its all size fit all but they should have said all does'nt fit any size at all, i wash i had never buy this products

I love this belt! I work out alot and always have trouble in my mid section, its a very stubborn area. I walk 3 miles a day and sometimes do workout videos. I used to use the Bally Total Fitness Belt but it was always too small and always rolled up. This one stays in place, fits perfectly around my entire core not just the waist and makes you sweat like crazy. Just walking alone makes the core sweat. The back support is also great. I would not recommend it over your clothes it truely does make you sweat, it wet my shirts so I just used it under.

I have bought ballys, many other belts none work...this one
makes u sweat while wearing around my home, walking, gardening.
