I had surgery. I knew I was gonna have pain for several weeks. My doc recommended ice. I thought this would be better than a hard iceee.. It looked as if it could be soft & wrap around a limb or lay comfortably on any painful area. Although it does wrap better & may be more comfy it didnt last long enough to make it worth the effort of using it. I ended up using the hard iceee that I would put in a cooler w/lunch. A bag of frozen veggies would work as well & maybe better.
